Pay: $19.75

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include (not in any priority):
  • Maintain a safe working environment (and ensure personal safe working practices).
  • Compliance with all employee job safety requirements and regulations required by company policies.
  • In the absence of the immediate supervisor, will assume necessary operational and

administrative duties. Able to perform pre - operational inspections and report any concerns .
  • Responsible for reporting any quality concerns to the Quality Assurance Management .
  • Inspection of the production line(s) and Finished Goods (weight, torque, vacuum, prime) .
  • Pull micro samples for all Finished Goods .
  • Pull finished good retains (Beginning, middle, End) .
  • Verify COA against all incoming raw material and COC specifications or for all packaging materials.
  • Verify shelf - life date of all incoming ingredients.
  • Create and maintain product master s samples.
  • Maintain log and updates of Quarantine area Tests final product against established specifications to ensure product quality is met.
  • Ensures that the correct case label, retail label, or inserts are used according to specification.
  • Monitors plant operations to assure the Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) are met.
  • Inform management of any Quality issues or processes that become noncompliant with the specified requirement.
  • Ability to initiate action to prevent the occurrence of nonconformities relating to the Quality of the product, processes, Quality System.
  • Serves as a resource for the production department as needed to ensure quality compliance.
  • Performs other Quality Assurance related job functions assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager.
  • Other duties may apply as required.

Qualification:
  • High School Diploma, or Work Experience Equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment .
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Requires intense oral, written, and communication skills. Bilingual a plus (Spanish).
  • Requires basic knowledge of computer literate and Microsoft office software.
